Working with the British luxury automotive brands for over a decade we realised there was a gap in the quilting, perforation and embroidery manufacturing supply chain. Our design concepts were exactly what our clients were looking for but they couldn’t get the required quality from their existing manufacturing base.
This is precisely why Q&E was set up, to provide a total solution for high end, complex and technical quilting, perforation and embroidery manufacturing. Now a Tier 1 supplier to the automotive sector our manufacturing performance, quality and understanding matches our creative ability.

Through understanding the commercial requirements our design for manufacture process means our creative team work to stretch to what’s possible within the financial and timescale requirements. Then work collaboratively with your design team to develop a stunning solution which delivers on all aspects of the brief.
Our manufacturing processes are state of the art and we guarantee whatever we produce as a concept sample can be manufactured in volume. Our processes enable one off commissions through to just-in-time volume supply for the automotive sector.

This unique solution focused approach is centred around your design brief, but with the target price, production volumes and timescales established upfront.
Working with your design team in a workshop format means all parties collaborate to push the boundaries in executing the design concepts. Then based upon the creative outputs, a range of samples are developed at the specified price points and worked upon until the brief is answered.
